Yes.
VirdraLeaf and VirdraLand are available as single-app licences at the Indie, Professional, and Studio tiers.
A suite bundle includes every Virdra application for its tier at a lower combined price. VirdraBiome, VirdraCapture, VirdraToolkit and VirdraRender are included with any paid licence.
A suite bundle covers every Virdra application for its tier.
A single-app licence covers one application you choose, at the same tier.
Both include VirdraBiome, VirdraCapture, VirdraToolkit and VirdraRender. Device seats belong to each licence: a bundle seat is one machine, however many bundle applications run on it.
Yes.
VirdraBiome is available through a Free Virdra Studio account for personal and non-commercial use.
No.
Commercial use of any Virdra Application, including VirdraBiome, requires a Professional or higher licence.
A Professional single-app licence or a Professional suite bundle both qualify.
Yes.
You may create work under Indie and upgrade to Professional before that work is first used commercially.
You do not need to recreate the work after upgrading.
Yes.
You retain your rights in original user-created Output.
VirdraStudio does not claim ownership merely because an asset was created or processed using Virdra Studio.
No.
VirdraStudio does not charge royalties merely because compliant Output is used commercially.
Commercial rights in compliant Output that was lawfully created or made eligible for commercial use under your Professional or higher licence remain valid.
You can continue distributing products containing that Output.
You will need appropriate software access again if you want to return to paid Virdra Applications to create or modify additional commercial work.
Not during its normal local workflow.
VirdraCapture processes photographs locally.
Where compatible local transfer is used, data can be sent directly between your phone and computer without being uploaded to VirdraStudio.
No.
Photographs and generated assets processed locally through VirdraCapture are not used by VirdraStudio to train AI or machine-learning models.
A seat is one machine.
An organisation's employees and contractors may use its activated machines for the organisation's work. Using the software on another machine at the same time needs another seat.
Indie is for the licence holder only.
No.
A perpetual licence covers the applications, versions, and update entitlement associated with the purchase.
Applications introduced later, including VirdraSurface, are not automatically included unless VirdraStudio expressly includes them in the entitlement.
Yes.
Expiration of an update period does not terminate the perpetual right to use software versions already covered by the perpetual licence.
