The steps are the same in every app. Pick yours for the file to have ready.
- Open the report in VirdraLeafHelp → Report a bug… It adds the version, Windows version, GPU and the recent log.
- Write the stepsFrom opening the file to the problem, then what you expected instead. One problem per report.
- Send itUse Send to support. Offline? Save report… and email it to support@virdrastudio.com.
- After a crashHelp → Open diagnostics folder and keep the newest crash files; the report tells you when there are some.
